A: Vessera Studio is a design-forward brand based in Malaysia, inspired by natural elegance and cultural identity. We specialise in modern home décor and lifestyle accessories, designed and made using 3D printing technology.

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are proudly based in Malaysia. All products are made and packed from our small local studio.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a plant-based, biodegradable material. It’s safe for indoor use and available in a wide range of premium colours and finishes.

Q: Are your items handmade?
A: Our items are digitally crafted using 3D printing. Each piece is individually made, so slight print lines or variations may occur — adding to the uniqueness of each design.

Q: Are the items made to order?
A: Some products are ready stock, while others may be made to order. You’ll receive an update from us within 24–32 hours of placing your order. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and support. ❤️

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship within Malaysia?
A: Yes, we ship nationwide across Malaysia via trusted courier services. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each order is processed within 24–32 hours, and our team will contact you once it’s confirmed for delivery.
Ready-stock items typically ship out in 1–2 working days. For made-to-order items, please allow 1-2 working days for production before dispatch.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers. Secure payment details will be shown at checkout.

Q: Do you offer instalment payments?
A: Not at the moment, but we’re exploring options in the future!

Q: Do you offer corporate/bulk orders?
A: We do! Whether for corporate gifts, events, weddings, or brand collaborations — we’d love to work with you. Let’s bring your idea to life.

♻️ Care & Use

Q: Are your products heat or water resistant?
A: PLA items are water-resistant but not waterproof or heatproof. Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, or soaking in water.

Q: How do I clean Vessera products?
A: Gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking, or scrubbing to maintain finish and quality.

🔄 Returns & Issues

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: All items are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.

Q: What if my order is incorrect or missing something?
A: Please reach out immediately with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
